Do you have a core charge / buy back my old equipment?

A great way to save our customers money and to keep electronics out of landfills is to buy-back their old equipment. If eligible*, we will include instructions in the package and a pre-paid return label to send back the old equipment. Once received and the condition is verified, we will issue a refund to the original payment source in the amount promised in the product listing.

None of our kits require anything to be sent back as a core, we simply offer an optional buyback on select hardware to help reduce your cost!

*ELIGIBILITY: US customers only. Equipment must be in good working condition, and modules must have a manufacturer's date of 2013 or newer.
