I can't get the connector out to plug my Start/Stop Eliminator inline
If you have purchased on of our Start/Stop Eliminators that comes with the required harness to plug in-line with the black module on your vehicle you may encounter that the connector is hard to unplug. Sometimes pushing on the connector release tab is not enough to get the locking notch to release.
You can use a flat blade screwdriver (circled in blue) just in front of the tab you push with your finger to put a little more pressure on the tab to release it. Then just pull the connector out. DO NOT use the screwdriver to force the connector by prying.
Or, you can remove the (2) 10mm nuts (circled in red) which will drop down the black module and make the connector much more accessible.
