On power up I get the message "USB hubs are not supported. Please remove."

We pre-load the units with the latest software from Ford which does not fully support the older USB hubs in the 2016s' Most have upgrade the USB hub to support Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Three options:

• Ignore the error if you don't care about the message or using the USB hub.
• Upgrade the USB hub (found HERE).
• We can send you a software update that will downgrade the system to much older software that is compatible with the older USB hub.
