My Temperature Knob is off / unaligned (2015+ F-Series Pickups)

If your temperature knob is out of alignment or does not activate the Max A/C function or Max Defrost after swapping in your old button pack, you can use the procedure below to fix it.

1. Remove the back cover from the bezel.
2. Rotate the temperature knob to the center position (mark on knob pointing straight up between hot and cold).
3. Lift the large gear on the circuit board jut enough to rotate it without moving the small gear. Align it such that the hole in the gear lines up with the hole in the circuit board.
4. Press the gear back into place so it will mesh with the small gear again.
5. Reassemble the bezel.
