My Ford Edge / Explorer backup camera no longer works properly
If you have an 11-14 Edge or Explorer with a backup camera that no longer works properly, (no video, poor video quality, image upside down, intermittent video, missing guide lines) then the camera will need to be replaced by the dealer. This is not a DIY project as the replacement is involved and requires factory tools to program the camera for proper operation after it is installed. This is a common issue on these vehicles as they age.
