The top row of pixels are black when in reverse (4 camera systems)

Depending on the build date of your truck, the top few rows of pixels on the screen may be "snowy", ONLY when viewing a camera. This is a result of very early (flawed) firmware on the IPMB (The image processing module for your 4 camera system) which is not part of our kits. It is not a common issue as Ford later updated the firmware and it did not affect factory SYNC 2 systems. You can have the dealer reflash the IPMB with updated software which will resolve the issue. Alternatively, if it does not bother you, you can just leave it (it will not hurt anything). Once again, this only relates to some earlier 2015 F-150's.
