SYNC 3 GPS Antenna connector orientation
When connecting the 4D Tech GPS antenna during an upgrade you want to be sure that the 90 degree wire exit of the GPS connector is positioned so that it is not hitting the heatsink body of the module as seen in the first image. This wire swivels on the connector. Swivel the wire so that it is facing outward as seen in the second image so that the blue connector can be fully seated until it clicks. The retention clip on the blue connector will either face down, as seen in these images or face the heatsink body of the module depending on your SYNC 3 module.
