What happens if my order arrives late?

If you choose to use one of the expedited UPS services that offer a service guarantee, your package does not arrive by the service guarantee, and the reason was not one of the pre-defined exceptions listed by UPS, we will be happy to file a claim with UPS. Once they have issued a credit, we will refund the shipping cost to you!
