My order keeps getting declined - "Something went wrong"

Credit cards will be declined on our website for various reasons.

1. The billing address entered is incorrect. Please check to make sure the billing address entered is the same address where that specific credit card statement is mailed.

2. The credit card used does not have enough credit and therefore declines. Call the phone number on the back of your credit card to raise your credit limit.

3. Your credit card company has a limit on how much you can spend per transaction or per day. Call the phone number on the back of your credit card for more information.

4. The information you're entering is being monitored by our fraud filters and is automatically being declined.

Please DO NOT call us asking us to run the card manually - we will get the same result!
